The composite model Ultra-Track Pans are engineered to provide exceptional railroad spill containment at industrial rail sidings and locomotive maintenance facilities. These modular, 20-foot-long spill containment pans can be seamlessly connected to create an extensive containment system with unlimited capacity. Designed with high-strength, non-porous, corrosion-resistant fiberglass, these pans ensure years of reliable service. Their low-profile design, measuring 20 feet in length and just 4-7/8 inches in height, allows for easy integration into existing rail infrastructure without the need for extensive site preparation or excavation.
The Ultra-Track Pans are compatible with Pandrol rail fastening systems, enhancing their versatility and ease of use. The innovative railside gasket sealing system effectively prevents spills from leaking between the track pans and rails, ensuring maximum containment efficiency. For larger spills, the optional flow-through technology increases containment capacity while minimizing the cleanup required for smaller spills. Additionally, the drainage manifold facilitates the efficient drainage of center and side pans to oil/water separators, holding ponds, and other containment areas. To further enhance safety, the polyethylene (LLDPE) grating provides a secure surface for foot traffic.
