Rochester Gauges 6700 Series SAE 5 Bolt Top Mounting Adjustable Direct Reading Magnetic Gauge
Description
Rochester Gauges 6700 Series Direct Reading Magnetic Gauge Rochester Gauges 6700 Series top-mounting magnetic liquid-level gauges are manufactured to the same high standards as all Rochester-designed instruments and are built for long-term reliability in demanding applications. The design allows the dial to be replaced when necessary without releasing fumes or liquid to the atmosphere, maintaining safety and system integrity during service. Both dial options are fractional and silicone-dampened to provide smooth, accurate readings. Dial replacement is quick and straightforward, requiring only two screws for removal and reinstallation. Rochester’s rugged gear drive features shrouded, stainless steel, beveled gears engineered to force out loose particles that could otherwise interfere with proper operation. The included 0015-00423 nitrile rubber gasket ensures a secure, leak-resistant installation. These liquid-level gauges are designed for top-mounting applications only and are equipped with 20.5-inch (520 mm) float arms. The float arms can be cut to match specific tank dimensions, providing a precise fit across a range of installations. Request data sheet DS-337 for proper cut lengths and instructions on how to install the float and crimp it in place.FeaturesHead: Die cast aluminum with standard SAE gasoline gauge flangeCentershaft: Tempered aluminumGears: Stainless steelDrive Magnet: AlnicoGear Housing: Acetal plastic or aluminumFloat: Nitrile rubberGasket: Nitrile RubberDirect Reading Dial: Hermetically sealed polycarbonateTwinSite Sender: Polyamide, 0.250 Male Tab and 240-30 OhmsSpecificationsAccuracy: Depends upon proper gauge sizing.
