Helps prevent tripping hazard. Furnished with 20 ft of 1/8 inch thick stainless steel aircraft cable, 20 lb steel counterweight, 2 adjustable hose clamps and all necessary hardware.  Screws onto 2″ threaded pipe (not furnished).
