Roll-on expanding ferrules are available in 304 stainless steel alloy with 32Ra sanitary finish.  Product is 3-A certified for use in all sanitary line process manufacturing. Roll-on ferrules are typically used in the dairy and poultry industries.  Instead of butt welding, the roll-on ferrule is typically slipped over the tube and rough welded into place.
