Description
DSO Fluid Handling tri-clamp PTFE Envelope gaskets with an FKM insert for applications requiring high temperature, chemical resistance, high resilience and an extended product life in many styles. Envelope gaskets provide the chemical resistance of PTFE with the elastomeric characteristics of FKM. FKM, aka fluroelastomer or Viton®, is a synthetic rubber that heat resistant and compatible with exposure to many fluids and chemical exposures. Envelope gaskets offer consistent sealing in most applications, ranging from mild to severely corrosive environments. They are USP Class VI certified with an FDA approved rubber insert. Available in sizes 1/2 in. to 12 in.
