The Dixon SV175HD Heavy Duty, High Capacity Safety Pop-Off Valve is designed to protect compressors, compressed air systems, and un-fired pressure vessels from overpressure by automatically venting excess air. Constructed entirely from brass with a stainless steel ball on a precision-machined brass seat, it operates reliably up to 400 °F (204 °C). With a preset 175 PSI pressure setting and 1/2 in. male NPT connection, it supports flow rates up to 346 SCFM. Certified to ASME, National Board, and CSA B51-03 standards, it provides dependable safety for heavy-duty industrial pneumatic applications.
