Dixon Bayco API Load/Unload Valves w/ Fixed Handle
Description
Dixon Bayco Load/Unload valves used for bottom loading and unloading of petroleum tankers. API valves are typically mounted to piping below each tank compartment using the built in 4″ TTMA flange. Valve nose shape and opening comply with American Petroleum Institute standard (API-RP-1004) enabling Dixon’s API valves to interchange with competitor items made to the same specification.

Features
Unique flow and fluid level sight indicators are available
Load/unload versions feature an ergonomically curved handle that opens with a short 62° stroke
Chemical resistant crank seals and poppet seal (Teflon seals optional)
Any required maintenance is simplifed, as the 5204 series can be completely rebuilt without removing the valve from the tank
The ALH (anodized aluminum hard coat) nose ring can be rotated to provide a fresh cam service
