Civacon Petroleum Manhole Covers provide security, access, and safety for real-world use. Exceeding industry standards, they incorporate the NV4000 Pressure Vacuum Vent.
Civacon’s Petroleum Manhole Covers are the ideal choice for all petroleum cargo tank applications. Suitable for both new construction and as replacements for DOT406 and older MC306 cargo tanks, they meet HM183 replacement and 178.345-5 venting requirements. Precision-designed and constructed, they limit leakage in a rollover situation to less than one liter, as required by standards. Each manhole features a versatile 10” aluminum vent, which opens at less than 3.63 PSI and can be disassembled for field repair if necessary.
