Description

The ACS10 sanitary sensors showcase precision engineering, achieved through meticulous welding of the bodies to Sanitary flanges of customer-specified sizes, guaranteeing a customized fit for specific needs. These sensors seamlessly integrate into fittings within sanitary systems, providing a high level of versatility and adaptability. Crafted from premium materials, including 316 Stainless Steel and Teflon, these sensors ensure robustness and corrosion resistance. Double redundant EPDM O-rings are incorporated for maximum reliability, with only the process side O-ring in direct contact with the stream, shielding the rear O-ring from chemical exposure and maintaining continuous sealing integrity. Additionally, ACS strategically positions TC elements within the body or center electrode. Standard 5-foot leads, versatile Sanitary flanges of customer-specified size, and two available insertion depths offer installation flexibility for precise positioning. Designed for clean-in-place service, these sensors accommodate both steam and sterilizing chemicals. The ACS10 sanitary sensors meet rigorous standards, with all wetted materials being FDA-compliant and the option for USP Class VI compliance.
