High quality 3/4″ pillow block bearing. The bearing has a wide inner ring with two set screws for attaching to the shaft. Housing is cast iron with a grease zerk for re-lubing the bearing.

Seal Info: This bearing comes standard with a single lip seal behind a metal sling guard. If you would prefer a more robust seal option please select the “R3 Triple-Lip Seal” option above before you add the items to your cart. Triple lip seals have 3 contact points to keep out contaminates better than a standard seal. The extra seals generates more drag on the bearing than a single lip seal.

     The UCP204-12 3/4″ pillow block bearing unit is equipped with two specially designed setscrews positioned in the inner ring of the ball bearing to lock onto the shaft. The pillow block set screws are placed at a 90-degree angle to optimize balance between holding power and inner ring distortion. The UCP204-12 3/4″ pillow block bearings are relubricatable and offer a full-width inner ring for added stability.
     The UCP204-12 pillow block bearing also features a positive-contact, three-piece, fiber-imbedded R-seal to protect against harmful contaminants and retain lubricant. The setscrew locking mechanism on the pillow block bearing is easy to install and well suited for reversing applications and normal loads.
